Smokey BBQ Sauce Recipe
What would you use this smoky BBQ sauce on?
We use it on just about everything.
– 1 1/2 cups of ketchup – 1/4 cup of brown sugar – 2 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce – 1/4 cup of white vinegar – 2 tbsp Dijon mustard – 1 tsp liquid smoke – 2 tbsp garlic powder – 1/4 tsp black pepper – 1/2 tsp table salt – 1 tbsp onion powder
Mix everything together in a small sauce pan.
Simmer on low for about 10 minutes.
Pour into a jar, and keep in your fridge for up to 3 weeks.
One of my favorite ways to use this BBQ sauce is for our Shepherd’s Pie. You can find it on our sister site, Forgetful Momma. It is the
perfect comfort food
for a cool or wet day.
