Bread Machine Roll Recipe

We have been loving this bread machine roll recipe this summer. It makes light and fluffy rolls, very quickly too I might add.

I put everything into my bread machine in the order I have it listed. You don’t want the salt right in there with your yeast or it can kill your yeast which is why I save the salt for last.

Grab a cookie sheet and some parchment paper. Roll out your dough, flattening it some. You want to cut it into equal-sized pieces. Mine are not the same size, but I’m okay with them.

Roll each piece into a ball. I flatten them down a little now and again before I bake so they have more of a flatter hamburger bun shape instead of balls.

Cover them, and leave them to rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place. I set them on top of my oven while it is pre-heating. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes.

If you are making larger rolls, I get 12 “regular” sized rolls out of this recipe, the 12 minutes bake time is perfect, if you make larger you may need to bake for a few minutes longer.
