Breakfast
What You Need: – 15 eggs – 1/3 cup milk – salt and pepper to taste – 1/4 cup bacon bits – optional – 4 tbsp sriracha sauce – optional – grated cheese – optional
Whisk the eggs together in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Whisk in the milk and salt and pepper. Add in some bacon bits. Or sriracha sauce, or whatever else you’d like.
Pour into a buttered, or non-stick sprayed 9×13 pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes. You’ll know it’s cooked through when your eggs don’t juggle.
We eat these eggs as is. We also love them in sandwiches whether bread or bagels to make an extra filling breakfast or lunch for your family.
