Easy Cheese Potato Bread

This cheese potato bread recipe makes bread that is light and fluffy, and full of flavor.

– 1 medium potato – 3/4 cup warm milk – 2 1/4 tsp yeast – 1 tbsp sugar – 1 egg – 1 tsp salt – 1 tbsp parsley – 2 cups flour – mozzarella cheese


Once you have cooked your potato add it to a mixing bowl. Add in warm milk and mash away!  Add in your yeast, sugar, parsley if you so choose to add it, an egg, and salt.

Mix in flour. Set aside to rise in a warm place for 2 hours.

Spread in a greased 9×9 pan. Or in a bread pan. Place slices of cheese into the dough.

Bake in the oven preheated to 350 for 30 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan.
